Message From Dr. Rick

To All Our Friends, Patients and Clients:

I would like to take this time to wish all of you a very Happy and Healthy New Year. Let's all hope that 2013 is a good one. 2012 had its share of ups and downs. The economic woes, the mass shootings, the possible dive off the fiscal cliff all contributed some anxious times. The year was not all bad though. Remember the wonderful Summer Olympics in London and the great performances by Gabby Douglas, Usain Bolt and Michael Phelps to name a few. There were also some hopeful signs that the economy will improve with unemployment going down and new construction starting up.

Through all the good times and bad our faithful pets were always there. No matter how bad the day was it was made infinitely better by those mournful eyes and wagging tail or by kitty crawling on to our lap and purring and rubbing. Our pets are our children, our friends, our companions and the world would be a far darker place without them. We at Park Avenue Animal Hospital will continue to strive to keep everyone's bodies in good health and looking forward to many more years.

God bless you all and we look forward to seeing you in the New Year.

Dr. Rick
