The staff and Doctors are outstanding. Not only do they give excellent care to my 3 Yorkies (one Registered w/ AKC after the doctors), but they also really care about the "humans" that the dogs call their own. THANK YOU so much DR. I'd just like to say that these people are amazing. They are caring people, who work with you to help you the best they can. They have the best prices in apopka and know they're 'stuff'. They opperating hours work for thse of us with busy lives. An amazing office.

Love this vet, Dr. Rubenstein is a natural. He takes so much time with your pet and explains everything. Office staff wonderful, treat you like a friend, they know you by name and will do anything to help you. I will never go to another vet again!

We have been going to Park Avenue Animal Hospital since it opened and our dogs have been seen by Dr. Rick Rubinstein for over 13 years now. The staff at this clinic are helpful and friendly and they really care about you and your pets. Dr. Rick and Dr. John are the best vets I have ever been to in the Central Florida area. They are knowledgeable, loving, kind and really care about the health of your pet. We travel an hour each way to bring our babies to Park Avenue and we would have it no other way. This is by far the best vet clinic in the area and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet. We love Park Avenue Animal Hospital!!!

Wow we can't believe it is another year gone by. But thank god we are blessed by having Park Avenue Animal Hospital in our lives. Our babies get wonderful care from the Doctors and Staff at PAAH. They are professional and very knowledgeable but ALWAYS treat us and our babies like we are family. We wish you the very best in 2013 and beyond! We can't brag about you all enough, you really are the BEST!

Moved to the area recently and didn't have a vet. This morning woke up to find my sweet Yorkie with a TERRIBLE rash and flea bites all over his belly. I called and went in 20 min later! Everyone was very sweet and friendly. We saw Dr. Turgai who was great and thorough. They sent us home with a bunch of meds and a few hours later the rash is gone and my baby is feeling much better. I will definitely be bringing both my pups there from now on. :)

Yep, it's me, Meg, writing to you from Northern California! I wanted to take a moment to say how wonderful it was to have worked with all of you for year and a half. My short time at Park Avenue was so special...such a gift!
 
I moved to Florida to discover...something. I wasn't sure what. I needed to spend time alone and contemplate my future. What I discovered was an amazing little veterinary hospital...and a group of truly special people! I decided to move back to California as my heart is rooted in the magic of the Northern climate.
Mountains...redwoods...vineyards...no humidity!!!
 
Thank you to each one of you. I have been blessed to have met and served each one of you. Have a beautiful holiday season...

I just wanted to say that, I have been taking my pets to veterianarians for 22 years and have never had such a thorough exam on my dog. It was amazing to see how detailed Dr.Turgai is . My husband and I were amazed . It is very touching when you see such time and devotion given to your baby. Thank you so much for all you do.

I am ever indebted... (Definition of INDEBTED: 1). owing gratitude or recognition to another : beholden. 2). owing money.) I believe I fall into BOTH of those categories! lol

Dr. Rick is the most wonderful man. He is truly compassionate with my dog, Chase, and he never misses an opportunity to ask about me as well. Chase has been a handful with his Addison Disease and Dr. Rick is always so patient with me and all of my questions...then again, so is ALL the staff! I admit, I can be a handful so thank God my dog is so sweet. Dr. Rick is not only compassionate but PASSIONATE about his patients. All the animals that go to PAAH are in the best of care. :)

Although I don't know Dr. John that well (I have been taking my pets to Dr. Rick for years), I am ever "indebted" to him too, for his initial CORRECT diagnosis of Chase. I am thrilled to have him as Dr. Ricks partner because I know that Chase will be in good hands if Dr. Rick is not there!
